Our standard shipping carriers are automatically selected from reputable partners including USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or OnTrac. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Orders typically require 1–2 business days of processing time followed by 5–12 business days in transit. You can expect your package to arrive within 6–14 business days. Please note that transit times do not include weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time Exceeded
International shipments may occasionally experience customs clearance or transit delays. If your delivery is delayed past the estimated window, please contact us at soymaya.ding@outlook.com and we will investigate directly with the courier.

 

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us promptly after placing your purchase. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Once a parcel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
